How is my spot reserved on the waitlist?

If you’re using a class package or have a 4, 8, or 12 membership, a class credit will be used to hold your spot on the waitlist. If you don’t make it off the waitlist, your class credit will be returned to your account to use toward another reservation.

If you have an Unlimited booking option, you can book one class per day in advance. If you’re added from the waitlist and this becomes your second class scheduled for that day, our system will automatically remove you from the class scheduled at the latest time that day.

Our Unlimited booking option allows you to sign up for multiple reservations on the same day, but they must be booked on the day of the classes. Multiple reservations made on the same day cannot be booked in advance.

Example: You can schedule two classes for 3/1, but both must be booked on 3/1. If you’d like to reserve two classes in advance for 3/2, one can be booked on 3/1, and the second can be booked on 3/2.
