Is there a late cancellation fee for unlimited members?

There is a fee for class late cancellations and no-shows for clients booking with any Unlimited pricing option, including the New Client 2-Week Unlimited and all Unlimited memberships*. The fee varies by studio; all are listed here.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 10 hours notice to cancel without penalty. Out of fairness to our coaches and other clients, we only allow for late cancel exceptions (class refunds) with a doctor's note for personal injury or sickness that prohibits you from taking class. Please reach out to your local studio to see if you qualify for a one-time exception.
