Can I take pictures or videos during class?

We welcome all the videos and photos before and after class! Please tag us when you post content on social. We love to see and repost our [strong] clients!

We kindly ask that you limit pictures and recording to before and after class. For the safety and privacy of all clients in class, please refrain from taking videos or pictures during the workout.
