Is there an age limit to take class?

For safety and liability reasons, the minimum age to take a [solidcore] class is 18.

Clients who are 16 or 17 years old may take class if a parent/guardian signs their liability waiver in our app and is present in the studio during class (either attending class as well or waiting in the lobby).

There is no maximum age for [solidcore] - we welcome adults of all ages!
