Ensure your consultation form is attached to a treatment:
Go to Menu >> Booking System
Click on Consultation forms
Select + Add section
Choose from our templates or create your own
Once you have created your question press Select treatments
Toggle on the treatment(s) you wish to apply the form section to, or select all treatments. This means the form will automatically be selected for a booking that includes these select treatments.
Before saving, if you wish to preview the form, select Preview on web
Press Save
Sending consultation forms to clients via SMS:
In your Booking System settings
Select SMS updates
Click on Consultation Form Reminder
Toggle on this SMS to enable
To change the text in the SMS press edit message
Click Save
Upon acceptance or creation of a booking, the client will be sent a reminder to complete their consultation form before the booking
