To view a client's consultation form on a booking:
Location the upcoming booking
View the booking details
Scroll down to the consultation form section
Click View response
All responses to the consultation form will be detailed here
To view all consultation forms of a client:
Go to your client list
Select the client whose consultation forms you wish to view
Click on View client consultation forms
All previously completed forms will be listed
Click on the form you wish to view
