Your clients will receive various updates about their booking via email for free. There is no additional charge for these emails.

To view the emails:

  1. Go to Menu

  2. Select Booking system

  3. Go to Email & SMS updates

  4. Each email sent is listed on this screen

  5. Click on each email to view more details, edit the content, and access the send log. Additionally, you have the option to add paid SMS updates for each message type.
