These are the SMSs you can set up to send automatically to clients to keep them updated about their booking;

  1. Go to Menu >> Booking System

  2. Select SMS updates

  3. Here, you can view the SMSs you can send

Booking Confirmed:

Sent when you add a booking to your calendar, or when you accept a booking request from your website.

Booking Cancelled:

Sent when you cancel a booking.

Booking Completed:

Sent when the booking is marked as completed.

Consultation Form Reminder

Sent when the booking requires a consultation form to be completed.

Booking Reminder:

Sent the day before the booking at 9 am.

Booking Updated:

Sent when you update a confirmed booking.
