Learn about the SMS options for your clients to update them about their booking.

To send texts to your clients about their booking:

  1. Go to Menu >> Booking System

  2. Select Email & SMS updates

  3. Select the message you would like to send

  4. Toggle on to enable the SMS

  5. To change the text in the SMS, tap Edit content

  6. Write the text you would like to use

  7. Insert dynamic value to include the text specific to the booking. For example, {{ClientFirstName}} will include the first name of the client the SMS is sending to.

Note - the cost of each SMS sent is 0.07p. You will be charged for each SMS you send to your clients via Stripe.
