Providing your client has an email address saved, the following emails are set up to send automatically where applicable;
Booking Requested
Sent to the customer when they request a booking through your website. This contains all booking details and a link to their booking request. This also details that they will receive another email when you have responded to the booking request.
Booking Declined
Sent to the customer when you decline a booking request from your website. This contains your reason for declining, all booking details and a link to their booking request with the option to rebook.
Booking Cancellation Request
Sent to the customer when they request to cancel a booking, notifying them that they will receive a further email once you have responded. This email also contains your cancellation policy (if applicable), the booking details and a link to the booking.
Booking Cancelled
Sent to the customer when you cancel a booking. This contains the booking details, any refunds you have processed and a link to rebook.
Booking Confirmed
Sent to the customer to notify them that their booking has been confirmed. This could be a booking requested through your website or a booking you added to your calendar.
This email contains all booking details, as well as a link to their booking.
Via the link, the customer can view all booking details, complete the consultation and make payment (if applicable).
Booking Reminder
Sent 1 day before the booking, at 9 am. The email contains all booking details, and if enabled, this email will also include the prompt to pay the deposit and complete the consultation form.
Booking Completed
Sent when you complete a booking. This email thanks your customer for their booking, contains all booking details, a prompt to add a tip, leave a review, and follow you on Instagram.
Online Payment Made
Sent to the customer when they make payment online. This contains all booking details and a link to their booking.
To change the emails the client receives, edit the email content, or add optional SMS updates for each message type;
Go to Menu
Click on Booking system
Select Email & SMS updates
The page displays each email and SMS your client is set to receive
Click into the type of email/SMS to view details, switch off the sending of the email or SMS, edit the message content or view the messages that have been sent on the send log
