How do I customise an SMS?

Customise the copy of your SMS updates by type

To customise an SMS update:

  1. Go to Menu >> Booking System >> SMS Updates

  2. Click into the SMS type you wish to edit

  3. Click edit message

  4. Edit the copy of the SMS how you wish. You will need to use the dynamic values displayed in purple to ensure each SMS is personalised for your client e.g the 'booking date and time' dynamic value will ensure the correct date and time for that particular customer is shown on their SMS.
    โ€‹Note - there is a cap of 160 characters

  5. Press save

Note: for the Booking Reminder message, you can customise how many days in advance of the booking this sends when enabling it.
