Email updates will be sent to your client at different stages throughout the booking process if an email address has been provided.
These updates include:

Consultation Reminder
Post-Booking:
Booking Completed
Other:
Payment Receipt
These emails are automatically sent to all of your clients with a valid email address and cannot be switched off.
Do I have to pay for automatic email booking updates?
No, there is no charge for any booking update emails that are sent to your clients.
To preview an email:
Go to Menu >> Booking System >> Email & SMS updates
Select the update you want to preview
Select edit content beneath email
Then, select the 3 dots top right and click Send test email
Select a booking to preview with your test email. The email will be sent to your email, not the clients email address.
Press Select to send the test email
