How do I remove the 'add a tip' option on my 'booking complete' emails?

To remove the tip request on your 'booking complete' emails:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Booking system

  3. Click on Email & SMS updates

  4. Click on Booking Completed

  5. Click on Edit content in the Email section

  6. Click on the Send a tip block

  7. Click Delete block

  8. Click Save
