Select the athlete, choose a date and time from the calendar, then click Assign.

A schedule icon appears above the athlete's profile avatar when a plan has been scheduled.
How to View an Athlete’s Plan Schedule
Click the current plan name to see the athlete's plan schedule. A popup opens showing the plan's progress and any upcoming scheduled plans.
