How the order process works

Just head to our home page, songful.com, and click on one of the "Create your song" buttons to get started.

You'll be taken through our Song Creation Questionnaire, where we'll ask you questions to determine the genre and style of the song, and what should be in the lyrics. You don't need to worry about making your answers perfect, as you'll be able to edit the details you provide later, in the lyrics confirmation process!

Once you've completed the questionnaire, you'll be given the option to add add-ons and extras to your custom song order to make it even more special.

You'll then be guided through our checkout process, where you can complete your purchase. As soon as your payment has been made, we'll email you confirmation and provide you with a link to your Order Status Page, where you can track your order's status.

As soon as your purchase is complete, you'll be guided through the lyrics confirmation process. We'll show you your lyrics, and you can either confirm these straight away or you can edit them until they are just right. We have more guidance on the lyrics confirmation process here.

Here's the hardest part! Now that your lyrics have been confirmed, our music producers will get to work on your song. Depending on the delivery speed you chose when placing your order, it'll take either 2, 4, or 7 days. You can track your order's progress during this time from your Order Status Page.

We'll email you as soon as your song is ready. You'll then be able to access your Song Page, where you can play your song, download it to your device, view your lyrics, and access all of your add-ons. You're now ready to share it with the lucky recipient!

After you've received your song, you can initiate a remake or purchase additional add-ons from your Order Status Page.
