The price includes your personalised lyrics (which you can edit as much as you like before your song is made), three unique versions of your song to choose from, and your own Song Page where you can play, download, and share it. Optional add-ons, like our photo slideshow music video, are priced separately.

The ordering and lyric approval process usually takes around 5-10 minutes. Once you've confirmed your lyrics, your three song options are normally ready to review about 30 minutes later, and nearly always within the hour.

We will email you a link to your dedicated Song Page when it's ready, where you can play & download your song and view the lyrics. Every song you order is also always available in your Songful account, which is created automatically with your first order.

Because every song is created individually, just for you, previews aren't possible. You're fully protected by our guarantee though, and we recommend visiting our Reviews & Examples page to hear songs we've made for previous customers and get a feel for the quality.

You can remake your song options up to five times, free of charge, changing the lyrics, style, and vocalist each time until it's just right. Our Song Creation Questionnaire displays the various genre options we offer, along with audio samples of each, so you can hear them for yourself. If the style you want isn't listed, just choose the "Other" option and tell us what you're looking for.

We don't replicate the style of existing artists, but we can use them as inspiration. Just select the "Other" genre option in the questionnaire and describe the sound you're after in as much detail as you can.

Pre-written lyrics can't be submitted, as they typically don't meet the formatting requirements our songs need. However, you have full control to edit every line of the lyrics we generate for you before your song is made. See our lyrics confirmation guide to see how it works.

Absolutely! Just complete the questionnaire as normal, with the group in mind. That said, we do recommend making an individual song for each person where you can, as it allows for much deeper personalisation.

We currently support English and Spanish. For a song in Spanish, just add "The song's lyrics must be in Spanish" in the additional details section of the questionnaire.
