We will email you a link to your dedicated Song Page when it's ready, where you can play & download your song and view the lyrics.

It takes about 5-10 minutes to place your order and approve your song's lyrics. Once you've done that, you'll receive your song within 30 minutes!

We can't provide previews before you purchase, because each song is made from scratch
, but our order process does guarantee that you'll get a song you're satisfied with, or we'll refund you.

During the Song Creation Questionnaire, we'll show you a range of genres and styles you can choose from. We've got all of the main genres and styles, and we have audio samples of each of them, so you can hear what they sound like.
If you want a musical genre that's not listed, you can just select the "Other" option, and we'll be able to make your song in that style for you.

We never mimic an artist's style, but we can use an artist as inspiration for your song, meaning you will end up with a song that sounds closer to what you are imagining. Just select "Other" when selecting the genre in the Song Creation Questionnaire, and add clear instructions about the type of sound you are aiming for in the input field provided.

We create your song's lyrics from scratch using the information you provide us during the Song Creation Questionnaire. You can't submit your own pre-written lyrics, as these often won't meet our format and style requirements.
Once we've created your lyrics, you have the option to fully edit them before confirming, which gives you full creative control over them, provided they still fit within our format and style requirements.

Absolutely! The process is the same, so just complete our Song Creation Questionnaire as normal, and enter details relating to your group. Just keep in mind that you may not be able to cover each person in lots of detail due to the time constraints of the song. If you want to make a song for your family, we recommend making one song for each family member, as this means each song can be deeply personal, and you’ll end up with an entire family album!

We can make songs in English & Spanish currently. Our songs will be in English by default, so if you’d like yours to be in Spanish, please write "The song's lyrics must be in Spanish" in the section titled "Any other details you want to add?" in our Song Creation Questionnaire. If you’d like a song in a language we don’t currently support, stay tuned, as we will be adding more languages in the future.

Each song we make is 100% unique and is made just for you, based on the information you provide in the Song Creation Questionnaire. Unlike other companies, we never use templates, as we believe they ruin the magic of a custom song and lead to all songs sounding the same!

We offer both short songs and full-length songs. Short songs are around 2 minutes long, and full-length songs are about 3 minutes long.
