The Meta access you need to launch a first-party data profiling

Make sure you have the right access to Meta in order to be able to perform profiling from first party data in the SOPRISM platform.

First of all, to launch the profiling of a first-party data audience you must have access to the advertising account linked to the custom/lookalike audience you wish to analyze.

To see what access you already have and, if necessary, change it in order to launch the analysis, you must connect to the Meta Business account on which the custom/lookalike audiences are hosted.

Make sure that you have full control of the advertising account (manage ad account) or at least the advertiser role (manage campaigns).

Step by step:

  • Go to “Business Settings” in your Meta Business manager

  • On the left-hand menu, click on “Accounts” then “Ad accounts

  • If you have more than one business, choose the one that is linked to the SOPRISM platform

  • Click on your name

  • Check if you have the “Full Control” OR “Manage Campaigns” of the ad account linked to SOPRISM
