Your refund can be processed once your Tax Free purchase has been successfully validated by Customs when leaving the EU.
After successful validation, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
How can I check the status?
You can follow the status of your Tax Free claim directly in the Pie VAT app.
If you have successfully completed Customs validation but your refund has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Pie Support through the Pie VAT app and we’ll help you look into it.
Important: Your refund cannot be processed until the required Customs validation has been successfully completed.
