"Will the creator know?"
They'll see it in their dashboard. No message is sent from you.
"Do I lose content I already received?"
No. Anything delivered to you is yours to keep.
"Can I resubscribe later?"
Any time. ⚠️ If the price has changed you'd join at the current rate, not your old one.
"I cancelled but was charged."
Check the timing against your renewal date — a payment on the same day may already have gone. If it doesn't add up, message us. 💬
"Can I pause instead?"
Not currently. Cancel and rejoin when you're ready.
"I'm cancelling because the creator stopped posting."
Worth knowing: creators must post at least 3 times every 28 days or their recurring features pause automatically. If they've gone quiet, billing should already have stopped. If it hasn't, tell us. 🚨
