Email addresses on Splash can't be changed directly in your account settings — all updates go through our support team. Here's what to do.
How to Request an Email Change
Email support@splashsports.com from your current registered email address with:
Your current email address on the account
The new email address you'd like to use
Your full legal name
We may ask you to verify your identity before making the change. Updates are typically completed within one business day.
Important Rules
Your new email cannot already be linked to another Splash account. If it is, that duplicate account will need to be resolved first.
After the change, you'll log in with your new email address going forward.
All future correspondence — including 1099 tax forms and withdrawal confirmations — will go to the new email.
If you signed up with Google or Apple login, your email is tied to that provider. Contact support to discuss options.
Email change requests must come directly from the account owner — commissioners or third parties cannot request changes on your behalf.

Can I add a secondary email? No — Splash accounts support one email address only.
I don't remember which email I used. Try searching your inbox for any email from splashsports.com, or use the Forgot Password link on the login page with any email you may have used. If you're still stuck, contact support with your full legal name and physical address and we'll locate your account.
Can I change my email to one that was previously on a deleted Splash account? Contact support — eligibility depends on the circumstances of that account's closure.
