Updated over a month ago

How Do I Change My Username on Splash?

You can easily update your channel details—such as your handle/username, channel name, or description—right from your account settings. Just follow the steps below: Please note that usernames and handles must be unique; otherwise, a different variation must be chosen.

If you’d like to update your username, channel name, or account description on Splash, follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Go to "My Channel"

  1. Log into your Splash Sports account

  2. Click on "My Channel" from the main menu or profile dropdown

Step 2: Click “Edit”

  1. On your channel page, you’ll see your channel name along with an “Edit” button underneath

  2. Click “Edit” to open the customization options

Step 3: Make Your Updates

  1. From here, you can update:

    • Channel Name

    • Handle/Username

    • Channel Description

  2. Usernames and handles must be unique; select a different variation if it's in use.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  1. Once you’ve made your updates, click “Save Changes” to apply them.

  2. Your account will be updated immediately. These updates will also reflect across all Splash accounts or activities associated with your username, such as pools or teams.

Limitations

  • Handle Uniqueness: Usernames and handles must be unique. If the one you prefer is already in use, choose a different variation.

  • Cross-Account Impact: Your changes will be reflected across all associated Splash accounts or activities where your username appears, like pools or teams.
