To update your address, we'll need to verify your current residence. This is required for KYC compliance and to make sure any check withdrawals reach you at the right address.
Step 1: Gather Your Proof of Residence
Send us one of the following documents, dated within the past 60 days:
Utility bill (electric, gas, water, etc.)
Phone bill
Rent or mortgage statement
Credit card or bank statement
USPS Change of Address confirmation
⚠️ We cannot accept voter registration documents or paychecks/salary slips.
Make sure your full name, current address, and document date are clearly visible. A photo, scan, or screenshot of the document is fine.
Step 2: Submit to Support
Send your document through the Splash chat or email it to support@splashsports.com. Our team will verify and update your address — we'll let you know once it's done.
