How to Check If Your Members Have Made Their Picks

How commissioners check which members have submitted picks, send reminders to those who haven't, and what happens when a member misses the deadline.

As commissioner, you can monitor whether members have submitted their picks directly in the Entrants Manager — and send reminders to anyone who hasn't picked yet.


How to Check Member Picks

  1. Go to the Commissioner tab

  2. Select Active → click Manage on your contest

  3. Click Manage Entrants

  4. Review the "Entries with Picks" column to see who has and hasn't submitted

You can also click Download to export a .csv with email addresses, surviving entries, and entries with picks. Picks become publicly visible after the official pick deadline passes.


Sending Pick Reminders

To follow up with members who haven't picked:

  1. In the Invites Manager, click Send Reminder

  2. Add a custom message

  3. Send to all or selected members who haven't yet submitted

You can also copy their email addresses from the downloaded .csv and follow up directly.


What Happens If a Member Misses the Deadline?

Picks cannot be added or edited after the deadline — this applies to everyone including commissioners. Entries that miss the deadline are eliminated regardless of game outcomes. No exceptions can be made.
