You can cancel a contest from the website or mobile browser. Contest cancellation is not available directly through the Splash Sports app at this time.
Before You Cancel
⚠️ If any participants have entered the contest, all entries must be withdrawn first before you can cancel. Ask each entrant to withdraw their own entry by going to My Contests → Active, selecting the contest, tapping the three dots (…), and choosing Withdraw. For real-money contests, their entry fee is automatically refunded to their Splash wallet.
How to Cancel a Contest
💻 On a Computer (Recommended)
Go to the Commissioner tab
Click the Active tab
Find your contest and click the three dots (…) next to the Invite button
Select Cancel Contest and confirm
📱 On a Mobile Web Browser
Open your browser and go to app.splashsports.com
Go to the Commissioner tab → Active
Find your contest — if the three dots (…) aren't visible, try rotating your phone sideways (you may need to disable Portrait Lock first)
Tap the three dots (…) and select Cancel Contest
After Cancellation
Cancelled contests move to your Final tab and can be restarted later
Entry fees are automatically refunded to participants' Splash wallets (real-money contests only)
The invite link becomes inactive
Commissioner rewards are not paid for cancelled contests
