To make your first Venmo deposit, you'll need to use a mobile web browser — not the Splash app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your mobile browser and go to the Splash website
Tap Account
Select Deposit
Choose Venmo as your payment type
Select your deposit amount
Tap the blue Deposit button
On the next page, tap Continue
You'll be prompted to open the Venmo app
Confirm your Splash Sports payment preferences to complete the deposit
Unlocking Withdrawals via Venmo
To withdraw using Venmo, you must first make a minimum $10 deposit via Venmo. Once that's done, your full wallet balance will be available for withdrawal.
Troubleshooting Tips
Use mobile browser, not the app — first-time Venmo deposits aren't supported in the Splash app.
Check Venmo payment preferences — make sure payments are enabled for Splash in your Venmo settings.
Clear cookies and cache — then try again in your mobile browser.
