Splash Sports needs access to your device's location to verify you're in an eligible state or province. Follow the steps below based on how you're accessing Splash on Android.
Using the Splash Sports Android App
Open your device Settings
Tap Location and make sure it's turned On
Tap App permissions (or App access to location)
Find and tap Splash Sports
Select Allow only while using the app
Reopen the Splash Sports app — tap Allow if prompted for location access.
Using Chrome on Android
Make sure Location is turned On in device Settings
Open splashsports.com in Chrome and tap Allow when prompted
If you blocked location access:
Tap the three-dot menu → Settings → Site Settings → Location
Under "Blocked," find Splash Sports, tap it, and choose Allow
Return to splashsports.com and refresh
Using Firefox on Android
Make sure Location is turned On in device Settings
Open splashsports.com in Firefox and tap Allow when prompted
If you blocked location access:
Tap the three-dot menu → Settings → Site Settings
Under "Blocked," tap Splash Sports and select Allow
Return to splashsports.com and refresh
Using the Default Android Browser
Make sure Location is turned On in device Settings
Open splashsports.com and tap Allow when prompted
If you blocked access:
Tap Menu → Settings → Privacy and Security
Tap Clear browsing data, select Cookies and site data, then tap Delete
Reopen splashsports.com and tap Allow when prompted
Still Getting a Location Error?
Turn off your VPN completely — VPNs mask your actual location and are not permitted on Splash
Switch to mobile data if you're on corporate or secured Wi-Fi — these networks can block location access
Disable ad blockers temporarily and try again
