To make a Venmo deposit on Splash Sports, you'll need to use a mobile web browser — not the Splash app. First-time Venmo setup isn't supported in the app.
How to Make a Venmo Deposit
Open your mobile browser and go to app.splashsports.com
Tap Account → Deposit
Choose Venmo as your payment type
Select your deposit amount and tap the blue Deposit button
Tap Continue on the next page
You'll be prompted to open the Venmo app — confirm your Splash Sports payment preferences to complete the deposit
Unlocking Venmo Withdrawals
To withdraw via Venmo, you must first make a minimum $10 deposit via Venmo. Once that's done, your full wallet balance will be available for Venmo withdrawal.

Deposit not going through?
Use your mobile browser, not the Splash app — first-time Venmo deposits require the browser
Check that payments are enabled for Splash in your Venmo settings
Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again
Venmo payment didn't show up in your Splash account?
The most common cause is a mismatched email address. When you join a contest through an invite link, Splash links the entry to the email the invite was sent to — which may differ from the email you're logged in with.
Check the original contest invite email to see which address it was sent to
Log out of your current Splash account
Log back in with the email the invite was sent to — your entry and payment should appear there

Tip: To avoid this in future, always ensure the email on your Splash account matches the email contest invites are sent to.
