Refunds are provided under specific circumstances when entries are voided or groups fail to fill.
🕒 Step 1: Understanding the Match Window
QuickPicks entries are designed to match you with other users who selected the same number of picks and entry fee.
Some groups may still finalize if they meet a minimum threshold for fairness, even if not 100% full.
Depending on sport, entry fee, it may take up to a few days to have your quickpicks contest to match/fill with other peer-to-peer entrants.
Participant thresholds are determined based on the number of picks and entry fee in the group.
📄 Step 2: Where to Find Voided Entries
Voided entries will appear under the "Final" tab in your QuickPicks dashboard.
These entries will be labeled as: "No match found"
📢 Why This Happens
QuickPicks is a new product, and unmatched entries may occur more frequently while we continue to grow the player base and expand into additional sports.
We expect these instances to decrease over time as more contests and users are added.
Refunds for voided entries will be processed automatically, with funds typically credited back to the original payment method.
