Having Trouble Making Entry Picks on Mobile? 📱

Sorry to hear you're running into issues — we know how frustrating that can be. Here are some steps to try:

1. Check your connection 🔄

Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if one works better.

2. Disable ad or spam blockers 🛑

Ad-blocking or spam-filtering software can interfere with pick submissions. Try turning those off temporarily.

3. Clear your cache or try a different browser 🌐

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try opening Splash in a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

4. Update the app 📲

Make sure you're running the latest version of the Splash Sports app. Outdated versions can cause submission issues.

5. Log out and back in 🔑

Sign out of your account and sign back in, then try making your picks again.

6. Try on desktop 💻

If mobile isn't working, try making your picks from a desktop browser at splashsports.com.
