5. Log out and back in 🔑
Sign out of your account and sign back in, then try making your picks again.
6. Try on desktop 💻
If mobile isn't working, try making your picks from a desktop browser at splashsports.com. If issues persist, consider trying to log in or place wagers from a different device.
Contest Closure Guidelines
Splash does not manually close contests. For a contest to close, the following conditions must be met:
The contest group must be fully filled.
All participants' picks must have played their respective games. Once these conditions are satisfied, the contest will automatically close. If your contest has not closed, verify that these requirements have been met.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps
Disconnect VPNs: VPNs can mask your real location, causing login or password reset issues. Disconnect them before using Splash.
