Follow the steps below based on which browser you're using on your Mac. Splash Sports needs location access to verify you're in an eligible state or province.

Safari on macOS

  1. Open splashsports.com in Safari

  2. When prompted, click Allow to share your location

If the prompt didn't appear or you clicked "Don't Allow":

  1. In the menu bar, click SafariSettings

  2. Go to the Websites tab → click Location in the left sidebar

  3. Find splashsports.com and set the dropdown to Allow

  4. Refresh the page

Chrome on macOS

  1. Open splashsports.com in Chrome

  2. When prompted, click Allow to share your location

If you clicked "Block" or the prompt didn't appear:

  1. Click the lock icon or location error icon in the address bar

  2. Set Location to Allow and click Done

  3. Go to System SettingsPrivacy & SecurityLocation Services

  4. Unlock with your password and make sure Google Chrome is checked

  5. Return to splashsports.com and refresh

Firefox on macOS

  1. Go to System SettingsPrivacy & SecurityLocation Services

  2. Unlock with your password and make sure Firefox is checked

  3. Open splashsports.com in Firefox, refresh, and click Allow when prompted

If you previously blocked access in Firefox:

  1. Click the location error icon in the address bar

  2. Under Permissions, click the X next to "Blocked Temporarily"

  3. Refresh the page and click Allow

Still Getting an Error?

Also check:

  • VPN is off — VPNs mask your location and must be disconnected entirely

  • Ad blockers disabled — temporarily turn off any browser extensions

  • Network — try your home Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot instead of corporate or secured Wi-Fi

Email support@splashsports.com if the issue persists.
