How to Share Your Location on an iPhone

For use with the Splash Sports app or mobile browser

Location sharing is required to verify eligibility and ensure you’re accessing Splash Sports from a legal location. Follow the steps below based on how you're using the platform:


🔵 If You're Using the Splash Sports iOS App

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Location Services

  3. Ensure Location Services is turned On

  4. Scroll down and tap Splash Sports

  5. Select While Using the App

  6. Toggle Precise Location to On

  7. Reopen the Splash Sports app and, when prompted, tap Allow to grant location access


🌐 If You're Using the iOS Chrome Browser

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Location Services

  3. Ensure Location Services is turned On

  4. Scroll down and tap Chrome

  5. Select While Using the App

  6. Toggle Precise Location to On

  7. Open splashsports.com in Chrome and tap Allow when prompted for location access


🧭 If You're Using the iOS Safari Browser

  1. Open your iPhone Settings

  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Location Services

  3. Ensure Location Services is turned On

  4. Scroll down and tap Safari Websites

  5. Select While Using the App

  6. Toggle Precise Location to On

  7. Open splashsports.com in Safari and tap Allow when prompted


🔄 If You Accidentally Tapped "Don't Allow"

If you previously denied location access, follow these steps to reset permissions:

  1. Go to Settings > General

  2. Scroll down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset

  3. Choose Reset Location & Privacy

  4. Enter your passcode if prompted

  5. Return to the Splash Sports app or website and refresh

  6. When prompted, tap Allow to share your location
