PayPal is one of the most common withdrawal methods on Splash. Here's how it works and what to do if something goes wrong.
How PayPal Withdrawals Work
Your withdrawal goes to the same PayPal account you used to deposit. To withdraw via PayPal, you must have made at least one PayPal deposit of $10 or more to link the account.
Timeline
Splash processes requests Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET, typically within 48–72 hours. Once approved, PayPal transfers are often same day, up to 1–3 business days.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Withdrawal failed — Funds are returned to your Splash account automatically. Check that your PayPal account is active and in good standing, then retry. You can contact PayPal directly to find out why the transaction failed — Splash cannot contact PayPal on your behalf.
Email mismatch — If your Splash and PayPal email addresses differ, withdrawals may face delays. Aligning them helps avoid complications.
