How To Revive Your Members From a Self-Managed Survivor Contest

How commissioners can revive eliminated members in a self-managed Survivor contest — steps, timing rules, and revival limits.

Updated over a week ago

If you're running a Self-Managed Survivor contest, you can manually revive eliminated members from the Commissioner Console. This is useful when a member missed a pick deadline or when you want to give a second chance.

How to Revive Members

  1. Go to the Commissioner tab

  2. Click Manage on the contest

  3. Go to Entrants Manager

  4. Click the Revivals tab

  5. Click Revive next to each member you want to bring back

When Can You Revive?

Revivals are only available after a slate ends — they cannot be done while games are in progress. Here's a timing guide:

  • No entries made: Editable up until 48 hours before the first game

  • Entries made, before contest start: Editable up until 48 hours before the first game (24 hours for Daily Survivor)

  • After contest start: Not editable for Splash-managed contests

  • Self-managed contests: Editable at any time except while a slate is in progress

⚠️ Revivals must be completed before the next week's pick deadline. If you miss the window, Splash cannot manually revive members on your behalf.

Revival Limits

  • Manual revivals are limited to 3 per member during the contest

  • Eliminated members can be revived — booted members cannot (booting is permanent)

  • If you accidentally revived the wrong member, you can remove or pause that entry, but the revival itself cannot be undone
