How to Remove or Manage Entrants in a Self-Managed Contest

You can only remove entrants if your contest is self-managed. If your entrants paid an entry fee through Splash, you won't be able to remove them.

Follow these steps to manage entrants:

  1. Navigate to the Commissioner tab.

  2. Open the relevant contest.

  3. Select Commissioner Console > Member Management.

  4. Click Edit next to the member you want to manage.

Once in Member Management, you can:

  • Add notes about the entrant.

  • Pause Entries: Paused entries cannot make picks or new entries until reinstated. If a paused entry remains beyond the pick deadline, it will be eliminated.

  • Remove/Boot: Permanently removes the entry and prevents re-entry for that entrant. This action cannot be undone.

⚠️ These actions are only available on the website — they are not supported in the app.

During the season, all renamed entries and their corresponding picks are visible to everyone in the contest.
