How to Remove or Manage Entrants in a Self-Managed Contest

You can only remove entrants if your contest is self-managed. If your entrants paid an entry fee through Splash, you won’t be able to remove them.

Follow these steps to manage entrants:

  1. Go to My Channel > Manage Contests > Entrants Manager

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the entrant’s name

  3. In the pop-up that appears, you can:

    • Add notes about the entrant

    • Freeze the entrant

      • Prevents picks or new entries

      • This is temporary and can be undone

    • Boot the entrant

      • Permanently removes them

      • This action cannot be undone
