Currently, there is no setting on Splash Sports that allows commissioners to prevent members from picking against a specific team (sometimes called a "no-pick-against" rule). All participants can make selections against any team each week.
Workarounds for Self-Managed Contests
If you want to enforce a house rule like this, the best approach in a self-managed contest is:
Add the rule to your contest description so all participants are aware (Commissioner tab → Manage → Contest Settings → Description)
Monitor picks via the Entrants Manager and manually adjust standings if a rule is violated
In Splash-managed (real-money) contests, manually adjusting standings is not supported and rules outside the platform cannot be enforced.
