How to Withdraw a NCAAB Splash-Managed Entry from a Splash-Managed Contest

If you’ve entered a Splash-managed contest and need to remove your entry, you can withdraw it directly from your picks screen — as long as picks have not locked. Below is a step-by-step guide.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Step 1: Navigate to Your Entry

To withdraw your entry:

  1. Go into the contest

  2. Select Make Picks or Edit Picks

  3. Ensure you are viewing the correct entry (if multiple entries are allowed)

Step 2: Select Withdraw

In the top-right corner of the picks screen:

  1. Tap the three dots (⋮)

  2. Select Withdraw

Your entry will immediately be removed from the contest.

What Happens After You Withdraw?

  • Your entry is removed from the contest standings

  • You will no longer be eligible to participate with that entry

  • The entry fee for that entry is returned to your Splash account balance

The refunded amount will appear in your account shortly after withdrawal.

Important Notes

  • You can only withdraw an entry before picks lock.

  • Once picks lock or the contest begins, withdrawals are no longer permitted.

  • If the entry deadline has passed, withdrawal may not be available.

If you do not see the Withdraw option, it likely means:

  • The pick deadline has passed

  • The contest has already started

  • The entry is no longer eligible for removal
