How to Email Your Contest Members on Splash Sports
As a commissioner, you can email your contest members directly through Splash Sports or generate a list to use in your own email client. This guide walks you through both options step by step.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Contest
Go to the Commissioner Tab, find your contest, and click "Manage Entries".
Step 2: Click "Commissioner Console"
In the contest navigation bar, click Commissioner Console to access all commissioner tools.
Step 3: Click "Email Members"
From the Commissioner Console, find the Contest Members section and click "Email Members". This tool generates a list of member email addresses and lets you send emails directly or export them to your own client.
Step 4: Select Your Email Recipients
On the Step 1 – Email Recipient Selection screen, choose which members to contact:
All contest members — emails everyone currently in your contest
All contest members who have / have not confirmed their participation — useful for following up with members who haven't responded
Contest members without / with brackets entered — target members based on whether they've submitted their picks yet
Select your preferred option and click Continue >.
Step 5: Choose Your Delivery Method
On the Step 2 – Delivery Options screen, you'll see two options:

If Using Option 1 (Your Email Client):
Click "Get Email Addresses"
Copy the list of addresses that appears
Paste them into the BCC field of your email client and send your message
If Using Option 2 (Splash Sports):
Click "Create Email"
Select an Email Template from the dropdown — for existing members, choose "Invite Existing Contest Members"
Review the pre-populated subject line and body
Click "Send Email" to send to all selected recipients
After Sending
Once your email is sent, you'll see a confirmation screen with these reminders:
Emails may take up to 30 minutes to be delivered
Emails may be filtered into members' Spam or Junk folders
If you run into delivery issues, resend from your own email client using the Email Members feature
