Congratulations on your win! Here's what to expect after a contest ends and when your winnings will appear in your account.
When Are Winnings Credited?
After a contest concludes, our team reviews and finalizes the results before distributing prizes. Winnings are typically credited to your Splash account balance within 24 after the contest ends. Funds can be disbursed before the contest officially ends only if all contestants unanimously agree to end the contest early.
During peak periods (major tournaments, playoffs, etc.), finalization may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Where Do My Winnings Go?
All winnings are deposited directly into your Splash account balance — not automatically sent to your bank, Venmo, or PayPal. Once they appear in your balance, you can then initiate a withdrawal to your preferred method. Contest winnings are distributed only to the account that originally entered and won the contest. Funds cannot be transferred or reassigned between different users’ accounts.

Only participants who place within the eligible prize positions, as defined by the contest rules, will receive payouts. For example, in some contests, ties may limit the number of prize positions, and only the top-ranking participants will qualify for winnings.
Withdrawals can only be processed by the account holder who won the contest. This ensures that funds are securely managed and disbursed to the rightful owner.
Funds can be disbursed before the contest officially ends only if all contestants unanimously agree to end the contest early. Without unanimous consent, payouts are held until the contest concludes under the originally configured rules.

Log in to your Splash account
Click your avatar / profile icon in the top right corner
Select My Wallet or Balance to view your current funds
How to Check Your Transaction History
If you're unsure whether winnings have been credited, check your transaction history:
Go to your Account Settings
Select Transaction History
Look for a credit entry matching the contest and prize amount
My Contest Ended But I Don't See My Winnings
If it's been more than 72 hours since your contest ended and your winnings haven't appeared, please contact our support team with:
The name or Pool ID of the contest
The date the contest ended
Your account email address
You may not have qualified for winnings due to a tie scenario, as ties can limit the number of prize positions available.
We'll investigate and get it sorted out for you.
