Where Are My Contest Winnings?
Congratulations on your win! Here's what to expect after a contest ends and when your winnings will appear in your account.
When Are Winnings Credited?
After a contest concludes, our team reviews and finalizes the results before distributing prizes. Winnings are typically credited to your Splash account balance within 24–72 hours after the contest ends.
During peak periods (major tournaments, playoffs, etc.), finalization may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Where Do My Winnings Go?
All winnings are deposited directly into your Splash account balance — not automatically sent to your bank, Venmo, or PayPal. Once they appear in your balance, you can then initiate a withdrawal to your preferred method.
How to Check Your Balance
Log in to your Splash account
Click your avatar / profile icon in the top right corner
Select My Wallet or Balance to view your current funds
How to Check Your Transaction History
If you're unsure whether winnings have been credited, check your transaction history:
Go to your Account Settings
Select Transaction History
Look for a credit entry matching the contest and prize amount
My Contest Ended But I Don't See My Winnings
If it's been more than 72 hours since your contest ended and your winnings haven't appeared, please contact our support team with:
The name or Pool ID of the contest
The date the contest ended
Your account email address
We'll investigate and get it sorted out for you.
