The Splash Sports app isn't loading — what should I do?
If the app isn't loading or is showing a blank screen, try these steps in order:
Force-close the app and reopen it.
Check your internet connection — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Check if there is a pending app update in the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
Restart your phone.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If none of these steps work, contact us at support@splashsports.com with your device model and operating system version.
I can't log in on the mobile app — what's wrong?
If you're unable to log in to the Splash Sports app:
Double-check your email and password. If you originally signed up via RunYourPool or OfficefootballPool, use those credentials.
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
Try logging in via the Splash Sports website at splashsports.com to isolate whether the issue is app-specific.
Push notifications aren't working — how do I fix this?
If you're not receiving pick reminders or contest notifications:
Go to your phone's Settings > Notifications and make sure Splash Sports notifications are enabled.
Inside the app, check Account Settings to confirm notification preferences are turned on.
Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is not blocking notifications.
Reinstalling the app sometimes resolves notification registration issues.
The app is slow or crashing — what can I do?
Performance issues are often resolved by:
Clearing the app's cache (Android: Settings > Apps > Splash Sports > Clear Cache).
Freeing up storage space on your device.
Making sure your phone's operating system is up to date.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Some features work on the website but not the app — is that normal?
In most cases, both the app and website offer the same features. A few exceptions:
Withdrawals are only available via the website or mobile browser — not through the app.
Some commissioner tools may be easier to access on the web version.
