Running into issues with the Splash Sports app on your phone? Work through the steps below. Most issues are resolved by clearing cache or reinstalling.
Step 1: Force Close and Reopen the App
Swipe the app away from your recent apps and reopen it. A fresh launch often resolves temporary glitches.
Step 2: Check Your Internet Connection
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network issue. If one works and the other doesn't, the issue is with that connection, not the app.
Step 3: Update the App
iPhone: App Store → Search "Splash Sports" → tap Update if available
Android: Google Play → Search "Splash Sports" → tap Update if available
Outdated app versions are a common cause of crashes, blank screens, and pick submission failures.
Step 4: Clear Cache
iPhone (Safari): Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
Android (Chrome): Three-dot menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
Android app cache: Settings → Apps → Splash Sports → Storage → Clear Cache
Step 5: Disable Ad Blockers
Ad-blocking or content-filtering apps can interfere with pick submissions and page loading. Temporarily disable any such apps and try again.
Step 6: Reinstall the App
If the issue persists, uninstall the Splash Sports app and reinstall it fresh from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Your account and data are stored on our servers — reinstalling won't affect your contests or balance.

Try submitting via the web browser instead of the app as a backup
