White Screen Error on Splash Sports — How to Fix It

How to fix a blank white screen when loading Splash Sports — update, clear cache, try a different browser, or disable extensions.

Seeing a blank white screen when loading Splash? This is almost always a browser or app cache issue. Work through these steps:


Step 1: Update the App or Browser

  • iOS: App Store → Search "Splash Sports" → tap Update if available

  • Android: Google Play → Search "Splash Sports" → tap Update if available

  • Browser: Chrome → Menu → Help → About Google Chrome (updates automatically)


Step 2: Clear Cache & Cookies

  • Chrome (desktop): Menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → check Cached images & Cookies → Clear data

  • Safari (iPhone): Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data

  • Chrome (Android): Three-dot menu → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data

After clearing, refresh the page or reopen the app.


Step 3: Try a Different Browser or Device

If the white screen persists, try opening Splash Sports in a different browser. Google Chrome is recommended. If it works there, the issue is specific to your original browser's settings or extensions.


Step 4: Disable Browser Extensions

Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes cause blank screens. Try disabling them temporarily and refreshing.
