Here's a clear breakdown of what is and isn't refundable on Splash Sports, and how to request one if you qualify.
Deposits
Deposits are generally not refunded once they've been credited to your Splash wallet — at that point the funds are yours to use for contests or withdraw at any time.
However, if a deposit was charged but never credited to your account (e.g., a failed transaction), please contact support with your payment confirmation and we'll investigate.
If you deposited funds and are unable to play due to your location or age restrictions, contact support — refunds in these circumstances are reviewed case by case.
Contest Entry Fees
Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a contest has started or your picks are locked. This is standard across real-money fantasy platforms.
Exceptions where a refund or credit may be issued:
Contest cancelled by Splash — all entry fees are refunded automatically
Contest didn't fill (group-based contests) — entry fees are refunded to your Splash wallet automatically if the group doesn't fill in time
Accidental entry before picks were made — contact support immediately. If the contest hasn't started, we may be able to cancel the entry
Duplicate entry made in error — contact support as soon as possible before the contest starts
Commissioner fees (charged when setting up a contest) are non-refundable once the contest has been created and entries accepted, except in cases of a billing error.
Billing Errors (Commissioners)
If you believe you were charged incorrectly as a commissioner — for example, charged for entries that didn't have picks, or charged twice — contact support with your order ID and a description of the issue. We review these on a case-by-case basis and issue corrections where applicable.
Your Splash Wallet Balance
Your Splash wallet balance is always available for withdrawal — you don't need a refund to get your money back. Simply request a withdrawal at any time from a web browser.
