How to Use the Invites Manager

A guide for commissioners on how to share invite links, add invitees, track invitation status, and review contest settings before inviting members.

Share Invite Link

The quickest way to invite members is to copy your contest's invite link and send it directly — via text, email, or group chat. Anyone with the link can use it to join your contest.

You can also use the Add Invitees section to invite members in a few other ways:

  • Import email lists — paste or upload a list of email addresses to send invites in bulk

  • Invite your Splash followers — quickly invite people who already follow you on Splash Sports

  • Invite users from past contests — bring back participants from previous contests on Splash, RYP, or OfficeFootballPool


Track Invites

You can monitor the status of every invitation you've sent at any time. Go to the Sent tab within the Invites Manager to see who has received an invite, who has accepted, and who still hasn't joined.


Review Settings

Before sending invites, take a moment to review your contest settings. Some settings cannot be changed once members have joined, so it's important to confirm everything looks correct — including scoring rules, entry limits, pick deadlines, and payout structure — before your contest goes live.
