NFL Team Pick'em - Entrants Manager -> Entrants

How commissioners view, filter, and manage entrants in their NFL Team Pick'em contest.

Entrants

Shows the full list of entrants in the contest, with filtering, search, and note-taking tools.

Entrant filters

A row of filter tabs lets commissioners quickly narrow the entrant list:

  • All — total number of entrants

  • Active — entrants currently participating

  • Missing picks — entrants who haven't submitted picks for the current week

  • Removed — entrants removed from the contest

  • Paused — entrants temporarily paused

  • Notes — entrants with a note added

  • No notes — entrants without a note

Each tab shows a live count next to its label.

Search entrants

  • A search bar allows commissioners to look up a specific entrant by name or email

  • Click Download to export the entrant list

Entrants table

Displays the following columns for each entrant:

  • Entrant — avatar and username

  • Name — entrant's display name

  • Email — entrant's email address

  • Entered — date the entrant joined the contest

  • Entries — number of entries the entrant has submitted

  • Missing picks — count of picks the entrant still needs to make

  • Notes — editable free-text field for the commissioner to add internal notes on that entrant

A checkbox next to each row (and a "select all" checkbox in the header) allows commissioners to select entrants for bulk actions. Pagination controls appear at the bottom of the table (e.g., "1-1 of 1").

Key Reminder

The Notes field is commissioner-facing only — it's a way to track internal context about an entrant (e.g., a payment issue or a rules exception) and isn't visible to the entrant themselves.
