CFB (NCAAF) Pick'em (Splash-Managed): New Settings for 2026

Splash is introducing a new Weekly Tiebreaker option for paid CFB (NCAAF) Pick'em contests in 2026.

Weekly Tiebreaker

One of the most common complaints in paid Pick'em contests is tying for a prize position and splitting a payout that ends up being smaller than the entry fee. The Weekly Tiebreaker gives commissioners a way to reduce how often that happens.

  • Disabled (Default)

  • Enabled — Entrants are prompted to guess the total combined score of the last game listed on that week's picksheet. Whoever's guess is closest to the actual total wins any weekly tie.

What entrants will see:

  • A tiebreaker input box at the bottom of each week's picksheet.

  • A "TieDiff" value displayed below each entry's point total on the leaderboard. Tied entries are sorted by this differential, with the lowest differential ranked first.

Availability: Weekly Tiebreaker is available for paid CFB Pick'em contests that either:

  • Run for a single week, or

  • Run for multiple weeks with weekly payouts turned on.

When You Can Edit This Setting

Weekly Tiebreaker is editable up until 48 hours before the first game of the contest. Once the contest begins, it cannot be changed.
