A Spokesafe Hub is any shared indoor space which can be used to park bikes. Examples of these currently on the network include secure spaces in car parks, former empty retail units on the high street and purpose-built cycle parking structures by railway stations.

A Hub can come in many forms and sizes; indeed, the smallest on our network has 8 spaces and the largest over 150 spaces. What unites them all is that they are all instantly available to you via the Spokesafe app.

What facilities are provided in a Hub?

As the Hubs on our platform are all owned by third parties the individual facilities will differ slightly between them. However, many Hubs contain facilities like personal storage lockers, a repair station & pump, eBike battery charging, and showers and toilets.

You can see what facilities a Hub has by searching for the location inside the Spokesafe app.

Are individual locks provided in a Hub?

Individual locks are not provided and we recommend that every cyclist brings their own lock for additional security.

Is there CCTV in a Hub?

Most Hubs have CCTV but this depends on the individual facility.

Can I charge my eBike, eCargo bike or eScooter at a Hub?

How do I access a Hub?

You can find out how to access a Hub over here.
