Spokesafe Covent Garden Location
The Spokesafe Covent Garden unit is on level A in the Intelli-Park Covent Garden car park on Parker Mews - you can cycle right up to the door which is located in a white unit the bottom of the slope, past the entrance to the lifts.
Please note that not every member can get internet connection when inside the car park. We recommend that members collect their code when outside the car park.
Once you enter the car park, as you head down the ramp there is a drop-down gate. There are sensors on the ground just before you enter the shutter - these are under a black tarmac square. However, if you are having an issue with the sensor you can use the code 7284# to access.
The car park is also staffed 24/7 should you need assistance.
Entering the space
Find your booking ticket and press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Parking your bike
Please make sure that you park your bike in the allocated space. This is found within your booking ticket under “Space”.
Leaving & re-entering the car park
To exit the car park, please use the lifts. These are to the left as soon as you exit the Hub.
You can also re-enter the car park via the pedestrian entrance here. This is staffed from 6am to 10pm.
If you are accessing outside of these times, there will also be a staff member present in the office of the car park, which is located just before the shutters when you cycle in.
When re-entering, please follow the steps above & press the "Get Code" button again, as your code changes throughout the day.
Checking Out
When you've finished with Daily booking, pressing "Check Out" will finish your booking and place your individual rack inside a Hub or Outdoor Locker back online, for other cyclists to book.
