Cycle Secure at Bold Lane Car Park Location
CycleSecure is located within the Bold Lane Car Park at Derby (DE1 3NT). Please note you will need to collect an access card to enter the facility - instructions for collecting this are below.
Entering the space
You will need an access card to enter the facility. This is provided by the car park. To pick this up, please do the following:
Head to the pedestrian entrance and buzz the intercom on the right of the red door. You will be asked for your name and booking reference.
ParkSafe will then open the door for you, and you will need to head to the office inside the car park to collect your access card.
ParkSafe is staffed 24/7 so you will be able to collect this card at anytime. Please note there is no deposit required for the card, although there is a £5 fee should a card be lost.
Use this card to access both the main car park and the cycle parking facility.
Parking your bike
Please make sure that you park your bike in the allocated space. This is found within your booking ticket under “Space”.
Members who share their membership with others will have their subscription terminated immediately.
