Program Settings in SportsVisio Manager (also called SV Record) is where you edit your program's details and manage its seasons and divisions. The seasons and divisions you set up here are what you later select as your working context. See Choosing your context.
Before you start
Some edits are gated by the editPED (manage divisions & seasons) permission. You get it as an admin. If an edit doesn't appear, your role may not have that permission.
Open Program Settings
Open the side menu and tap Program Settings.
Use the two tabs: Program Info and Seasons & Divisions.
Program Info tab
The Program Info tab lets you edit your program's details.
Seasons & Divisions tab
The Seasons & Divisions tab lists your seasons, each showing the divisions it contains.
Create a season or create a division using the form dialog that opens from this tab.
Edit a season or edit a division through the same form dialogs.
The deep edit-season and edit-division pages are marked Coming Soon: but the create and edit dialogs on this tab work today, and that's all you need to add or rename seasons and divisions.
Good to know
Structure matters: teams, rosters, courts and games are all scoped to a specific Season and Division, so set these up before you build rosters or schedule games.
